What needed to change
The artist's work spanned multiple mediums, but the old site treated every project the same way, which flattened the nuance and made the archive feel repetitive.
An artist portfolio designed to hold film stills, installation images, essays, and exhibition updates without flattening everything into the same visual tempo.
What needed to change
The artist's work spanned multiple mediums, but the old site treated every project the same way, which flattened the nuance and made the archive feel repetitive.
What we built
We introduced stronger project intros, alternate media pacing, and a more expressive archive card system that could hint at differences in tone before a visitor opened the case study.
What the result makes possible
The site can now support exhibitions, writings, process fragments, and finished works without forcing them all into one bland content pattern.
