What needed to change
The original site contained strong writing but weak pacing. Visitors had trouble understanding which projects were strategic case studies, which were essays, and which pages should be read first.
A portfolio redesign for a strategy consultant who needed long-form thinking to feel personal, premium, and easier to scan across multiple entry points.
What we built
We reorganized the site around a clearer archive, rewrote summary layers, and gave each internal page a more confident lead section so the thinking became easier to trust before the visitor committed to reading deeply.
What the result makes possible
The consultant now has a portfolio that supports both referrals and colder inbound traffic, with enough narrative structure to keep serious visitors engaged without overwhelming casual ones.
